Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited (DMTCL) has announced an open invitation for businesses to lease commercial spaces within MRT Line 6 stations. This initiative aims to enhance the passenger experience while generating revenue to support metro operations.
Available Spaces
Commercial spaces are available at selected stations, including:
- Retail kiosks (small footprint, ideal for convenience goods, newspapers, and snacks)
- Food & beverage stalls
- ATM bays
- Service counters (banking, mobile operator, etc.)
Leasing Process
Interested businesses can apply through the official DMTCL commercial leasing office. Applications are evaluated on:
- Alignment with the passenger convenience mandate
- Financial bid
- Business track record
